Cancellation policy?


We provide a full refund for cancellations made 60 days before the departure date.

Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made within 30–59 days, while cancellations within 30 days of the tour are non-refundable.

What documents do I need to book a tour?


The required documents depend on the destination, but typically include:


  • A valid passport (with at least six months’ validity after the travel date).
  • A visa for the destination (if required).
  • Proof of residency for foreign passport holders (e.g., UK residence visa or permit, if applicable).
  • Once you’ve booked, we’ll guide you through the document submission process.

Are flights included in the tour packages?


Most of our packages do not include flights unless explicitly mentioned.

However, we’re happy to assist in arranging flights to match your itinerary.

Is travel insurance included in the package?


 Travel insurance is not included in the tour package.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage. 

What is the typical group size for your tours?


Group sizes vary by tour type:


  • Small group tours: 8–15 travellers.
  • Standard group tours: 16–30 travellers.
  • Private tours are also available upon request.


Are meals included in the packages?


Most tours include meals as detailed in the itinerary, generally breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner.

Can I customise my tour?

All of our tours are suitable for families.

We can recommend options based on the ages of your children and your interests. Some tours may have age restrictions for certain activities.


What should I pack for my tour?


Packing suggestions depend on the destination, but general recommendations include:


  • Comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
  • Weather-appropriate gear (e.g., a jacket for cooler climates or sunscreen for warm destinations).
  • Travel adapters for electronic devices.
  • Any personal medication.

How physically demanding are the tours?

Our tours feature 3-star to 5-star accommodations, depending on the package.

All hotels are carefully selected for their comfort, location, and quality of service.

Simply select your desired tour, review the itinerary, and follow the instructions to complete your reservation.


A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalised.


Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?


While most expenses are covered in our tour packages, additional costs may include:


  • Airfare (if not part of the package).
  • Visa fees.
  • Personal expenses (e.g., shopping, snacks, or optional activities).
  • Tips for guides and drivers (optional, but appreciated).


What payment methods do you accept?


We accept a variety of payment options:


  • Bank transfers.
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).


For some tours, we may offer instalment payment plans — contact us for details.


Will I have support during the tour?


Yes, you’ll have 24/7 support throughout your trip.

A dedicated tour leader or local guide will be available to assist you with any needs during your journey.


What happens if I am denied entry at the border?


In the unlikely event that a traveller is denied entry at the border — particularly for destinations like Al Aqsa (Jerusalem) — Zaarvel may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund for the ground package only.

This includes accommodation, guided tours, and local transportation services arranged through Zaarvel.


Please note that flights, visa costs, travel insurance, and third-party services are not included in this refund.

Refund decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be processed within eight (8) weeks from your scheduled travel date.


We strongly advise all travellers to ensure they meet all immigration, visa, health, and security requirements before booking and travelling.
