Zaarvel Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Zaarvel. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our website and the travel services we provide. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact us before proceeding with your booking. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Booking Conditions, form the basis of your contract with Zaarvel.

Booking and Payment

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received no later than eight (8) weeks prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit retained by Zaarvel.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by the customer. The deposit is non-refundable. Further cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Al Aqsa Cancellations

For Al Aqsa tours, if flights are cancelled by the airline, customers will be entitled to a full refund.

This policy applies only in cases where the airline initiates the cancellation.

If the cancellation is made by the customer, or arises for reasons other than airline cancellation, the standard Cancellation Policy will apply.

ATOL Protection

ATOL Protection Disclaimer

Umrah tours provided through Zaarvel, where flights are included as part of the package, are organised by our ATOL-certified partners.

The ATOL scheme protects customers when purchasing flight-inclusive Umrah packages by ensuring financial security in the event of supplier failure.

When you book an Umrah tour that includes flights, you will receive an ATOL Certificate outlining the services protected.

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking will not be ATOL protected.

For full details, please refer to www.caa.co.uk for information on the ATOL scheme and your rights.

Your Financial Protection

When purchasing an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive package from Zaarvel, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.

This certificate details what is protected, outlines your protection, and provides guidance on who to contact if needed.

If an ATOL holder provides a receipt, it must clearly state which parts of your payment are protected under ATOL.

Travel Insurance

Insurance Requirements

Zaarvel strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation.

Failure to Obtain Insurance

Failure to obtain appropriate travel insurance may result in refusal of service.

Zaarvel will not be responsible for any financial losses resulting from inadequate insurance coverage.

Changes to Your Booking

Amendments by You

If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, you must notify us in writing.

While we will endeavour to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Changes Made by Us

On rare occasions, it may be necessary for Zaarvel to amend your travel arrangements.

In such cases, we reserve the right to do so and will notify you as soon as possible.

If the changes are significant, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Liability and Responsibility

Zaarvel's Responsibility

Zaarvel will exercise reasonable care and diligence in the organisation and delivery of your holiday.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, industrial disputes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Traveller's Responsibility

It is each traveller's sole responsibility to ensure possession of all required travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, permits, and necessary vaccinations.

Zaarvel accepts no liability for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from a traveller’s failure to comply with these requirements.

Immigration, Visa, Security Clearance and Entry Requirements

Travellers must ensure they meet all immigration, visa, passport, health, and security clearance requirements for all destinations included in their booking.

Zaarvel will not be held liable if a traveller is refused entry into any country, including but not limited to Israel (Al Aqsa/Jerusalem), Saudi Arabia, Jordan, or any other destination, due to immigration controls, security regulations, personal circumstances, or documentation issues.

In the event that a traveller is specifically denied entry at the Israeli border, Zaarvel may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund for the ground package, which includes accommodation, guided tours, and ground transportation services only.

This refund, if approved, will exclude any flight tickets, airline fees, visa costs, travel insurance, or third-party services not directly provided by Zaarvel.

Refund decisions will be made by Zaarvel after a review of the individual circumstances.

Approved refunds will apply solely to the traveller denied entry and will be processed within eight (8) weeks of the original scheduled travel date.

Travellers are strongly encouraged to verify and ensure compliance with all immigration and entry requirements before booking and travelling.

Making a Complaint

If you encounter any issues during your trip, you must notify us immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

If you remain dissatisfied, a formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.

Dispute Resolution

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with UK law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
